Day 192: Final day

Today was my last day in Hanoi and also my last day travelling - incredible how fast half a year went by!

Didn't really do much - packed of course and then had some food, bought a couple of souvenirs and had one last wander around Hoan Kiem Lake before my taxi to the airport came to pick me up at 2.30 pm. At the airport everything went smoothly and I burnt my last Vietnamese Dong on some souvenirs as I of course ran out of money yesterday, had to go an ATM one final time and now had way too much left...

And so I am on my way back to Frankfurt via Doha. And I accidentally checked my blow up neck pillow... And on the first plane my in-flight entertainment didn't really work. Not at all until Bangkok where we stopped so the crew could change and I lost the cutest Indian flight attendant ever - he got replaced by a Romanian who was nice to me because of my troubles but generally a little grumpy... From Bangkok to Doha my system kind of worked. Managed to watch "Maleficent" and maybe three quarters of "The Martian" when everything shut down again... so I slept a little. From Doha to Frankfurt I'll be on their newest airplane (forgot the model), so I fully expect to finish the movie then :)

The OPAD is one last impression of Hanoi and the railway tracks that pass right by people's homes.
